Our detail-oriented, technically skilled workforce combined with ultra-precise machining equipment enabled us to turn and finish grind these products with ±0.0005″ tolerances and a 32 micro surface finish.
We have the capability to induction-hardened pins to increase the surface strength and wear resistance while preserving the original toughness and ductility of the alloy composition.
